Concept
Many versions of our Business Round Table exist today. Most focus on the Chief Executive Officer, President, or Managing Director to assemble with other high-ranking executives – from other businesses – to discuss any issues brought to the meeting by any of the participants.
These other sessions usually include either a breakfast or lunch with sufficient time, during and after, to discuss several issues at hand. The results of the discussion will vary, of course, as each executive will interpret the facts in his or her own way as it may relate to the individual business. And, then the executive must return to his company and disseminate this information to his key personnel – a process that consumes a large amount of time.
PFP Concept
Our Business Round Table concept developed by The PFP Group expands and nurtures the ideas and processes brought to the session by officers and managers of the Company. Quality time is spent discussing these thoughts by individuals familiar with the business. Additionally, the Chief Executive Officer may invite outside participants to talk on particular subjects.
Len Paolillo and Jonathan Paolillo (see profiles) have sufficient experience in managing businesses and will move the discussion along to optimize the time which is limited to either a morning or an afternoon session, lasting from two to three hours. The emphasis of these sessions is to cause reactions and inter-actions between the participants of ideas and concepts that will improve or enhance the company’s department and operational efficiencies.
Participation/Calendar
A calendar has been added hereunder to choose a good working time for your Company personnel. The PFP Group requires advanced scheduling in order to meet with an authorized individual prior to the actual session. This allows the PFP Group personnel to familiarize themselves with the Company and its operations. An overview and description of the business should be provided and will be discussed with the Company.
The session fee, which includes the preparatory meeting as described, must be prepaid and is non-refundable. If the Company needs to reschedule, after payment, this can be done with no additional fee.
Multiple Sessions Add Value
Once established, these sessions will be part of the corporate culture and participants will be challenged to come up with new and interesting programs to present at the next session. The Company will be the beneficiary of this combined energy!
